While exploring country back roads this week, we turned down a dirt road and were surprised to come across this simple country church and, just behind it, this country farmhouse:

This old Baptist church has the double front doors so common in the 1800s. One entrance door was for women and one for men, and men and women sat on opposite sides of the church.
