Although the dogwood trees in my corner of North Georgia are not yet in bloom, 30 miles to the south of us they are in a riot of bloom.  Not having my camera with me, I took these three photos with my phone.

  1. A beautiful tree indeed…. Here in British Columbia, the Pacific Dogwood is considered our provincial flower, even though it”s a tree. It only grows in the most southerly locations of Vancouver Island and on the lower mainland areas around the city of Vancouver. So interesting this is common to Georgia as well. We don’t see it much unless we are visiting there during late spring, so thanks for sharing these photos Deb.
