Last week it was an ice storm and yes, the power did go out for about twelve hours. This past week it was snow.  I made my husband raise the window blinds and pull curtains aside while I took photos through some of our windows:

Through the kitchen window…

From the kitchen window

Through the dining room window, looking over the railing of the back deck…

From the dining room window

Through the bedroom window (3 photos)…

From the bedroom window #1

From the bedroom window #2

From the bedroom window #3

Through the living room window (2 photos)…

From the living room window #2

From the living room window #1And through the bathroom window…

From the bathroom windowCan you tell we live in the woods?

All the windows of my heart I open to the day.

  1. Lovely views everywhere. Shhh. I’m kind of envious. Peace, John (P. S. Sorry I’ve been a little slow in reading lately. I’m ready for the carousel to stop any time now.)

  2. Thanks for looking out your windows! Lovely nature scenes – when you’re nice and warm! Look forward to more visits to your blog. Regards from Thom at the immortal jukebox.
